"Terms and conditions of use" refers to the terms and conditions which regulate the use of this website by the user.

"Services" refers to the functions, devices, applications, information, tours, transportation, reservations, and other services accessible and available through this website.

"User" refers to any person which accesses and/or utilizes this website.

Responsibility and Limitations

The Services provided in connection with our itineraries are rendered by our tour guides acting as independent contractors. Under no circumstances will Eyes of Rome® be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage or delay in any circumstance. Losses or damage, whether foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise, include: loss of personal belongings; loss of data; loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; losses suffered by third parties. Eyes of Rome® team accepts no responsibility for any sickness, labor disputes, government restraints, public strikes, acts of war and/or terrorism, machinery breakdown, causalities such as car crashes or any other circumstance beyond its control.

Anyone not utilizing pre-arranged transportation is responsible for the cost of any substitute transportation. No changes in the itineraries are expected, but we reserve the right to make them if necessary.

Relation between Eyes of Rome® association and the user

By booking any of the services provided through the Web sites eyesofrome.eras.cloud and youritaliantour.com, the user agrees to comply by these terms and conditions of use. Eyes of Rome® reserves the right to modify without prior notification to the user any of the dispositions contained in the terms and conditions. Under no circumstances the change of the Terms and Conditions will affect the cost, agreements, transportation, arrangements and itineraries of any of the services previously booked through the website. Any integration or modification will be effective starting from their publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to frequently read the terms and conditions of use in order to verify the new active dispositions.

You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this Web site. In addition, whether or not you have a commercial purpose, you agree not to:

Payments

Eyes of Rome® prices are in EURO - €.

Eyes of Rome® bookings require full or partial payments in advance depending on the selected services. Payment can be made online through our website, by phone, by invoice or via email. We accept PayPal, Bank Transfers and all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). In the event of any remaining balance at the end of your tour, payment can be made cash in Euros (EUR - €) to your guide or charged to your Credit Card in EUR (€).

You can choose between two payment options at the time of your reservation:

1. PAY A DEPOSIT

A down payment is only available for selected services purchased with Credit Card at least 3 days before the tour date. If you prefer to pay a deposit, then your remaining balance can be paid on the day of the event for most of our standard tours. You can decide between a Cash payment or Credit Card payment directly to your guide at the end of your tour.

2. PAY FULL AMOUNT

If you prefer to pay the entire amount at the time of your booking, you will be charged the amount in EUR € right away. Tours purchased with less than 72-hours’ notice, or selected tours can only be reserved by paying in full.

Refund Terms and Cancellation Policies

Eyes of Rome® has two policies with full refund terms.

The policies are included and non-optional.

1. Dolce Vita policy is applied on all Standard Bookings placed more than 72 hours from the date of the event.
   We provide all our customers with Refundable Terms up to 72 hours from the date of the event for any reason. To apply for a refund including where your tour is cancelled or changed by Eyes of Rome®, please contact our customer service team at info@eyesofrome.com.
2. Peace of Mind policy is applied on Selected Bookings and on all Bookings placed within 72 hours from the date of the event.
   We provide all our customers with Refundable Terms so if you are unable to attend your booking due to unforeseen circumstances outside of your control you may be entitled to a refund - please see our full set of Refundable Terms and Conditions here. To apply for a refund, please find the instructions on how to apply in the booking confirmation email you received after payment.

Privacy Policy

Eyes of Rome® agrees to protect the privacy of the users, by informing them that their personal data will be used by Eyes of Rome® only in compliance with the following fundamental principles:

• Directive 95/46/CE of the European Parliament of the safeguard of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the circulation of data;
• Directive 97/66/CE for the tutelage of privacy in telecommunications;
• Directive 97/07/CE for the protection of consumers in long distance contracts;
• Directive 00/31/CE for electronic commerce;
• EC (Electronic Communications Networks and Services) Regulations 2003. (S.I. No. 535 of 2003) regarding protection code of personal data;
• Directive 2000/31/EC Regulations 2003, regarding electronic commerce.
